Solstice and Equinox are the overall caretakers of the clan. Although being spirals they can often be a bit scatter brained which means that the clan also ends up taking care of them, which no one seems to mind doing anyway. It is a mutual relationship of care and love. Though they are twins Equinox and Solstice have their differences, some of which are quite drastic while some can be laughable. For example they both favor the same sleeping spot but have opposite sleep schedules. It is not uncommon for one to get tired and wake their sibling up to take a mid day nap, trading roles almost. This can happen multiple times a day. Visiting or new dragons walking past have often asked how the sleeping spirals changed so quickly, and why they would want to do that while taking a nap. Solstice is the more spacey of the pair. Unlike her brother she didn't take on a mentor as no dragon can very easily keep her attention. She more preferred to find her interests and place in the clan on her own. What she found was that objective tasks were her favorite. Keeping track of all the clan's resources was one of these objective tasks. It had an answer that was correct and generally doubling checking her work was easy. If she came to the same conclusion twice, she was correct, if not she had made a mistake somewhere. There are all sorts of tasks such as these to be done around the den making Solstice a vital piece in keeping everything running smoothly. Solstice can be a nice dragon to talk to but many conversation topics won't hold her attention which leads her to be a mostly solitary dragon. That doesn't stop Mocha from bothering her whenever possible. You're most likely to find Solstice checking over the clan's coffee shop finances, overseeing transactions that relate to the clan, or keeping records of what goes on in the clan, such as where dragons are staying or if any skirmishes have escalated recently. Although if she isn't at work or sleeping you may want to watch the cave walls. She tends to take small cracks in the cave walls as short cuts and gets stuck or caught on something quite a lot.

I bought these twins to replace older twins I had had for quite some time. I began to really regret breeding them so Equinox and Solstice replaced them. Never to be sold and never to be bred.
