Meet The Twins

Solstice and Equinox are the overall caretakers of the clan. Although being spirals they can often be a bit scatter brained which means that the clan also ends up taking care of them, which no one seems to mind doing anyway. It is a mutual relationship of care and love.

Though they are twins Equinox and Solstice have their differences, some of which are quite drastic while some can be laughable. For example they both favor the same sleeping spot but have opposite sleep schedules. It is not uncommon for one to get tired and wake their sibling up to take a mid day nap, trading roles almost. This can happen multiple times a day. Visiting or new dragons walking past have often asked how the sleeping spirals changed so quickly, and why they would want to do that while taking a nap.

Equinox is the calmer and more social of the pairing. When him and his sister were welcomed into the clan after leaving their first home Equinox looked up to Dain as a kind of mentor. He became a social butterfly and picked up on some of Dain's more skydancer esque traits and started to mirror them. This means that he started to be able to read other dragons better and became slightly less sporadic for a spiral. Equinox's social skills are more based around reading dragon's expressions, tones, and words rather then skydancer's ability to read energies. Since most spirals need to multi-task in order to not get distracted this skill helped Equinox calm himself because he always had at least three points to focus on in an actual conversation. That's not even counting possible responses which could be deescalating technics, situation appropriate jokes, and advice based on relevant knowledge. The point is, he finds conversation fascinating.

You're most likely to find Equinox with Dain considering changes for the clan, talking out inter personally skirmishes, or just socializing with other dragons often being some what of a self taught therapist (Only because he tends to analyze and remember anything in any given conversation so he can stay focused on it). Although it isn't uncommon for him to be helping his sister, Solstice, untangle herself and or her clothing from the cracks and crevices in the cave walls.

Extra

I bought these twins to replace older twins I had had for quite some time. I began to really regret breeding them so Equinox and Solstice replaced them. Never to be sold and never to be bred.
