Shaul

Shaul may be an introvert at heart, but he is fearless in battle. One of the first foraging expeditions he went on (just a local run, to familiarize him with the territory) was attacked by Wintermane centaurs. He and his companions (a fellow Imperial Rakgi and her friend, a guardian named Vinethorn) were hard-pressed to escape with their lives. Rakgi, one of the more militant members of the Winterling clan, declared that his contributions were the only reason any of them had survived at all, and decided that he would be her mate. Shaul was left out of the loop on that decision, but so far he's taken it well in stride. For not being guardians, both dragons share an awfully fierce instinct to protect the lairs Winterlings call home.
