Despite not having the appropriate colors and genes to reside in the Moonlit Cove, Bayou has allowed Nebula to stay part-time in the refurbished cave network that make up the isolated cove's dwellings; as she was able to quickly spot and appreciate his unusual connection to the magical, divine, and the otherworldly. He serves as a dream/vision interpreter within the Moonlit Cove and will often be happy to sit down with any of the local clergy and help them interpret any strange/odd dreams/visions that they may have received from either one of the minor deities or from one of the so-called "Big Eleven" (the main deities that created Dragonkind and Sorneith).

Nebula- so named for his star-mapped hide- actually rarely speaks unless spoken to outside of his line of work. When he does speak, his tone is flat and emotionless. When it comes to hatchlings- whether they be his own or someone else's- Nebula is extremely withdrawn; as he finds the constant noise that hatchlings emit annoying and bothersome. While Nebula will talk civilly with the Dragons around him, he actually much rather be in the company of beasts; so, he has taken it upon himself to also be one of Norwal's resident Familiar trainers (he seems to do the best job with the Serthis and the more serpentine familiars).
