Honey supervises the insect population, primarily the bees. If a certain plant is failing to be pollinated, she will manually do this until she figures out a way to encourage some insects towards them. This can include crossbreeding plants to make their colour or nectar more appealing, or simply moving a hive closer to a certain batch of flowers. Foxglove helps here with all of these, sometimes they have to take shifts, and rarely see each other, but the work ultimately brings them closer together. When they've successfully saved a species, they give themselves a break to curl up together and enjoy the breeze.
