This dragon, Insurmountable, is hereby banished from the territory(s) of the Fulgurite Chasm for the reason(s) listed below. Should they be found in the specified area, for any reason, they are to be reported to the nearest authority and removed from the area by any means necessary, up to and including threat of death. These facts are known to the individual, and any actions taken by the dragon specified are done so with the knowledge of the associated consequences. Any dragon(s) found aiding the individual's reentry to the territory without the prior knowledge and approval of the territory's authorities may also be subject to these rulings.

Reasons for Exile:

• The endangerment of and threats made to members of clan leadership.
• The partial or complete burning of clan structures, including a laboratory, critical energy infrastructure, and two residential units.
• Multiple attacks upon clan members, resulting in the injury of 2 clan authorities and 5 civilians.
• The intentional disruption of clan productivity.
