Guard of the Hospital.

The Hospital is actually subject to many attacks, mostly from those who don't have enough money to go. Breakers are also common raiders, using their elusive numbers to try and scale the walls. The Tribe leaders assigned Ira to protect both the patients and the doctors, but now the people in the lower Stepps are more mad, claiming the leaders don't care about their wellbeing.

Though completely against code, Ira follows Boo out on her short breaks 'to protect her', but Ira is more of a comfort than she knows.
