Fallen Stars are a subspecies of dragon shaped beings born when magic filled meteorites react with the magic of Sornieth. Their forms generally mimic the highly magical dragon breeds but claims of Beastclan shaped Fallen Stars have been reported. Fallen Stars are recognizable by their large star covered wings, easily 3x the average span, and striped markings along their spine and wing edges. While they have elemental magic based on the region they landed or were born in, they also have their own brand of celestial magic.

Metallic Lore: Metallic is the most common gene for Fallen Stars. As Celestials are created when magic filled meteorites break through Sornieth's atmosphere, their forms are often smoothed from the extreme heat as they reach terminal velocity. Radiants, being the children of Celestials, often inherit the smooth, polished form of their parents. Metallic Fallen Stars are equally resistant to harmful magic and physical attacks. While they can shrug off most slashing and piercing weapons, blunt force can still knock them out or even leave dents in their form. Metallic medics are often blacksmiths as healing magic doesn't always work properly on them. Crystal Lore: Crystal is the rarest gene for Fallen Stars. Crystal Celestials are created when their origin meteorite contains large amounts of crystals that are exposed when reaching terminal velocity. Crystal Radiants inherited the crystalline forms of their parents. Crystal Fallen stars are physically the weakest of any variant but highly resistant to magic. They are not much tougher than the average dragon but are very powerful casters. If they can avoid injuries, they can be some of the longest lived beings due to their high magic production. However, they are prone to magically burning out due to their pride and arrogance. Wasp Lore: Wasp is an uncommon gene for Fallen Stars. Wasp Celestials are created when larger than usual meteorites don't completely burn up. Wasp Radiants inherited the bulky segmented forms of their parents. Wasp Fallen Stars are the largest and physically toughest of the variants. They can shrug off almost any physical attack and rarely take noticeable damage. However, they are weaker to magic and any spells that land between segments can cause serious damage. They tend to have shorter lifespans due to the high magical leakage that spills from the cracks in their form. They also tend to be very reckless and impulsive, often jumping headfirst into situations.
