- In the depths of Fortress of Ends something evil is lurking. The ancient void aspect is trapped in labyrinth of ice corridors, cursed to wander forever watched by gaoler sentinels.
- According to prophecy, during storm of century, when lightnings set the skies ablaze, there will come a dragon - the sigil capable of releasing the aspect from their prison to destroy them... or set them free.
- Hoxar appeared in twin moon oracles' visions and the black mother strongly believes that he's the hatchling promised in prophecy. She has sent Vatihire to bring him to the Sanctuary and put under the care of Atameri, being convinced that will protect all parties involved.
- Hoxar behaves like ordinary hatchling, and there's nothing odd about him, except the fact, that he seems to attract lightnings.
