Caeruluna is a young, energetic Bogsneak who sounds really passionate about her own species. She would call herself the "Bogsneak Queen" and believes that the unnamed clan should have more Bogsneaks in large numbers to be prepared enough to fight wars, despite the leader's reassurance that they would be very unlikely to engage in any sort of conflict. She would often travel out of Reedcleft Ascent to a swampland area to raise newborn Bogsneaks, where they can grow together and sustain each other as pack family. She won't disclose where this swampland is, but the dragons do visit the clan's lair frequently.

Considering herself a queen of her species, Caeruluna is an unusually slimy Bogsneak with an uncannily translucent belly. Her origins were straight from the cauldron, and was raised by the unnamed clan. She ventured outwards to find a small, swampy area within the Windswept Plateau, and in there all future Bogsneaks will be raised. She has been requesting the help of Baldwin to brew more eggs of her breed, and grow an army that would pose a threat to any clan that dares to oppose the unnamed clan with sheer numbers alone.
