While the king deals mainly with war and victual related issues, the diplomacy and magic regulation are entirely on queen. Moreover, court affairs and intrigues as well as careful conciliatory manipulations allow her to solve most political problems from the inside.

Queen Ratha's coruscating intelligence and wisdom are widely known across her subjects so it is to no wonder that she is deeply respected and admirated by almost every dragon under her rule. The Queen may seem cold and austere at times but in reality she always tries her best to be as kind and compassionate to her subjects as she can. Being as brilliant as she is, Ratha understands perfectly that no ruler can reign to meet with universal acceptance, but with her precise justice she manages to balance social contentedness.
