Backstory: Fireblossom and Rubymask are two of Ebony's first daughters. While keenly intelligent, they did not have the personality it takes to command a hive. Rather than risk her daughters be killed by stronger, more aggressive Queens, she sent them to Elif's Wind clan to find acceptance and even a new life. Rubymask was much less keen to leave the Hive than her sister Fireblossom. She fully understands it's for her own survival, but she misses her brothers and her parents. She is always one of the first to volunteer when it comes time to send dragons to the Scarred Wasteland to speak with Snow's Alliance. She looks forward to find a mate someday, though deep down she's a little disappointed that its more standard outside of the Hive to only keep the company of one male.

Personality: Has a sharp temper and is never afraid to speak her mind; Loves her friends and family, both in the hive, and in Elif's clan; Has absolutely no head for strategy to the chagrin of Thaw
