The large green condor cackled from atop the rotten tree, his massive wings obscuring his face from view. The laughter sharply drew the attention of the dragons below him, who in turn glanced up at the odd bird. One of the dragons stepped forward, a young snapper wearing a burlap hood. Weythran eyed them curiously, lowering his wings to eye them, and pausing his chortling to allow them to speak. “Are… are you The Great Shifter, Weythran?” The dragon nervously asked. The condor smirked, and swooped down. As he landed his wings grew larger and became scaled, his beak became wider and grew teeth, and his green tail whipped around and drew dust into the air. Weythran tipped his hat to the group, “I am indeed The Great Shifter! What is it you have sought me for?” |
Weythran goes by many names, The Great Shifter, The Glass Condor, etc. Some dragons treat him like a myth or faerie tale, but he is very real. Although, admittedly some stories are exaggerated slightly. He in honesty Weythran is just a Nocturne who happened to posses unusual amounts of magic. He most commonly can be found in The Driftwood Drag, or The Frigid Floes but he travels across the entirety of Sornieth. He is often sought out by clans who think that want to research his magical abilities, or clans who want him to join as they think he’ll bring luck to their lands. Weythran will often reluctantly agree to their requests only to flee in the dead of night from their dens. |
