Arcana

Arcana took after her father. She was always a very cheerful, friendly, and curious dragon. Unlike her father or her mother, however, she was blessed with shadow magic. Arcana was hatched with the ability to control and manipulate her own shadow. She could make it solid, change its shape, and use it as anything she wanted. Anything from a sword, to a chair, to a dog. As a child, she learned how to use her ability. Her loving father was deeply interested in Arcana's ability, so he sought out books and experts so he could help her to learn. While learning how to use her ability with her father, Arcana spent a great deal of time learning about alchemy, her father's passion. She ended up leaving her home clan being well learned, highly skilled with her ability, and curious about the world.

Upon their journeys, they had found a tundra named Marith foraging for plants and bugs, before looking up and giving a smile. Arcana had felt at home right away, the dragon's eyes welcoming and kind, as she led the new draconic friend back to their lair.
