Biography
replaces a dragon that replaced a dragon that was exalted a long time ago... used to be called pisa but i think pax fits her better
'emissary' of the gladekeeper, seemingly gone rogue...apparently. was killed once in an...altercation. she got back up again later that night. no details are needed, of course, but she shouldn't have been able to stand up and run off in confusion after being killed. and yet, what do you know, she seems to have done exactly that thing. maybe it was necromancy of a draconic source, or maybe a deity intervened. maybe not even one of the main 11.
well, let's just say that she ended up doing rather the opposite of 'diplomancy'. she wasn't the sort to kill every plague dragon she saw, but, well...she sort of ended up going against the gladekeeper's goals. deemed unsuitable, SUPPOSEDLY abandoned. bounty put up, that sort of thing.
after years of running about doing probably-evil deeds for...probably-not-the-gladekeeper, she ended up in nature territory. ah, home sweet home! what a shame she didn't care about the well-known bounty for her death. one dragon went home with more in their pockets than they did when they got up that day, that's for sure.
pax...
pax got up again.
this time, the cause was obvious. the flowers that she had hatched among, the flowers upon which she died, the flowers that now let her live again. they grow among her scales, they feed on her in a way, but they haven't particularly harmed her - no pain, no real damage, and no harm to her appearance! her magic gifted to her by the gladekeeper still hasn't run out - in return for letting the flowers grow from it, she is allowed to form accessories out of them. a sort of symbiotic relationship, in a way, especially since they are what lets her live again.
you know, they say that one dragon's magic, even if it is gifted personally by a deity, cannot last for this long. pax and the deity may both claim otherwise, but some claim that the gladekeeper still lets her live. doesn't make much sense when you consider that the nature deity let the bounty be put up, and her pearly eyes no longer show an allegiance to nature (or to any flight, really), but how else do you explain pax's strange revival?
currently lives in cetus-spine. supposedly meant to be hunting for one of the still-living dragons who caused her first death, but decided to settle down and wait for a while, stating that, "he'll come back here eventually." mostly exists as a weird, unnatural creature who everybody is aware really should NOT exist, and thus is disliked, but she is legally able to live here, so...
