Reaction time, for example, may slow with age, while knowledge of world events and wisdom may expand. Ageing is among the greatest known risk factors for most dragon diseases: of the roughly 150,000 dragons who die each day across the globe, about two-thirds die from age-related causes. He'll live forever, they said. He found the fountain of youth, and drank it all up like the greedy child he was to become, shattering, burning, destroying all evidence of his path to salvation the very next day. He walked the palace halls like the God-King himself, with an eternal light in his eyes and rose to his cheeks; who could ask for anything more?
