(I think) This guy was listed as Sokay's apprentice. You can take this next bit even if they arent, I'll try and leave it vague. Kind of an unknown factor. The new recruits tell ghost stories about getting caught by them if they sneak out at night. This isn't helped by Ifan's quiet demeanor and headdress but underneath all that their a good guy. More of an assassin/ quick attacks fighting style. The spirit thing could be a real physical manifestation or a psychological one. Could be an old clan member? Maybe from when they were young. It isn't malevolent, but still creeps people out that they talk to a ghost (or themself). Takes the night patrols that no one else will. Some young village hatchlings say that they let them play with animals that they find on their patrolls. The spooky dragon act is certainly disrupted when they have a gaggle of kids following them around on patrolls.
