Hemlock is one of the most deadly and efficient assassins on this side of Sorneith. Poison is her expertise, though she's perfectly capable of physical combat when needed. Her roots as a child of the Gladekeeper serve as an advantage, as she is incredibly knowledgeable of poisonous plants and flowers, their effects, and where to find them. It's rare that her services are needed, but her presence serves as peace of mind for Cecil. She always has several small vials of varying poisons hidden within her garments or tucked under her scales - just in case.

Hemlock loves trying new things, though you'd be hard-pressed to get her to do anything she didn't like ever again. She likes wearing clothes that show off her worldliness; recently, apparel native to the Southern Ice Field has been her go-to look. Hemlock also enjoys spending time with her exuberant mate, Heresy. Since she rarely needs to do her job, they have plenty of time to spend together. She loves to be taken dancing (she's been told she has four left feet, but it doesn't faze her in the slightest) and to travel (even though the two of them are absolutely terrible at packing light.) Additionally, given their similar tastes in apparel, one of their favorite things to do together is to dress each other up.
