xxx While Pestilence-- known as Pest by his friends-- considers himself a prince of the nuclear fallout, there (obviously) is no such thing. There is no organized government on the surface or in the nuclear wastes. But, that doesn't stop him from pretending. At this point, his father is almost worried it's become a delusion. Deep down they all know it's just a coping mechanism. Although Pestilence didn't directly experience the explosions that took place, his father did. Astaroth had gotten caught alongside many others and experienced poisoning after the matter. When he later reproduced with Juicebane and had Pest, the radiation in his genes reared it's ugly head. And here Pestilence is, with mutated, bubbling red and green goop for eyes. He's always hated it, been ashamed. That was until at a young age he had the smart idea of pretending he's the prince of the nuclear wastes! (It only seemed fitting with his eyes and all.) Astaroth (Father): In his day,-- what an awful way to start a thought. Anyways, back in the good (bad?) ol' days, when Astaroth was young, strong (and gorgeous), he was one of the best fighters in the land. You could call him what you want, some said he was a soldier, others a warrior, and even more an assassin. What ever he was, he worked for himself, he hunted and traveled by himself, for himself. In his travels he went on lots of adventures, got round up in many a dramatic situation, and (very often) ended up dueling with somedragon. It was all ruined though, when he was wandering around what once was the industrial district. Now it's just a wasteland soaked in radiation. (Not to mention it completely decimated what surfaces weren't directly in its range.) Ever since he felt sort of like living mush, it's hard to explain... He had to stop traveling and fighting because of his health. Too his surprise, he settled down again with someone and even had some more hatchlings. If anything good came out of this it's that he gets to spend more time with his offspring that are still around. He had two kiddos with Cyprian before all of this, but he hasn't seen any of them since. Now-a-days, the most likely possibility is that they're gone... as unfortunate as that is.
