Hekate

HEKATE (Hecate) was the goddess of magic, witchcraft, the night, moon, ghosts and necromancy. She was the only child of the Titanes Perses and Asteria from whom she received her power over heaven, earth, and sea. Her name means "worker from afar" from the Greek word hekatos.

Born just before Asteria became cursed by the fountain of eternal youth Hekate grew up wondering why her mother remained so young compared to the other moms.

She always went to her mother after nightmares, and her mother always gave the best advice about them. On special astrology nights Hekate was allowed to stay up as long as she could to watch the stars fall. She learned fighting skills from her mother as well once she was more comfortable in her new skin.

Now that she's grown up people mistake her mother as her daughter, which outside of their lair they tend to go along with since its easier. Hekate when a younger dragon pulled one too many "you're in big trouble when you get home! No eating the innocent!" and actually got in trouble. Even though Asteria is in the body of a hatchling she is still mighty. She wasn't a level 20 coli warrior for nothing!

She became interested in healing after seeing her mother come home with wounds after coli. She loves to heal and learn about new ways to sew up wounds and things that make the large gashes turn into light near invisible scars.
