Gaia

Gaia is unusual to say the least, at least for a fae anyhow. Gaia is a sentient rose bush in the shape of a dragon, with blooming cycles like a plant, but she moves and eats like normal. She is mostly silent, found sitting in the sun for energy in the mornings, a fragrant breeze always surrounding her. If startled or threatened however, she becomes extremely aggressive towards her attacker, striking with thorned vines wildly. She is harmed by fire and dirty water, along with cold that makes her blooms wilt.
Gaia tends to not do much, moving only to obtain sun or water, or to move from hazards. It’s unclear how sentient she is, as she only seems to show basic biological functions, nothing implying intelligent thought. She likes bees, but hates beetles, as the former pollinates her blooms, while the latter eats her leaves and flowers. She will self care the flowers by pruning, sometimes giving them as gifts. Like the other plant dragons in the clan, she can speak with plants.Gaia has been observed to have an inability to fly as well,as her ‘wings’ are made of thorned branches with no membrane to catch wind with. She can extend these branches to appear wing-like from a distance.
