Commanding grace in silence by night in the gardens, plant life pulses and thrives when Asteria walks by. She is greatly adept in the magical arts, and the stars gleaming on her glow brightest when her power is at its strongest, which can take many nights of basking and meditating in moonlight to replenish. She cannot manage the sunlight and so only wanders the lair by night, usually sticking to the gardens and breathing extra life into the plants. Many of the clan members are unaware Asteria is even around.

Once a constellation that shined its brightest over Sornieth during the Greenskeeper Gathering, Asteria was one of many star formations in the sky that held great elemental power. Yet as one year's Greenskeeper Gathering drew closer, and Asteria's time to shine her brightest beams down on Sornieth drew closer, something of unknown cause shook the skies. Asteria's spirit fell to the earth, crashing as a shooting star in the Scarred Wasteland, the land opposing the one she was intended to shine down on and make stronger. In a world foreign to her, Asteria wants nothing more than to return to her place in the stars, the darkness where her constellation once sat in the skies unnerving her whenever she looks up. She followed the aura of Nature energy to a small refuge for plants among the wasteland, a gardne in a Plague lair, where she began to dwell in secret, hoping that the longer she remains, the more power she could regenerate, potentially enough to lead her back to the stars. She has since been discovered by some of the gardening dragons, but they do not mind her presence.
