Nikolaschka Librarian Permanent   Etymology: A Nikolaschka is typically an after-dinner drink. Pour cognac brandy snifter and place the lemon disk on top of the glass. Next cover half of the disk with coffee powder and the other half with a powdered sugar and serve. For a Vodka Nikolaschka, substitute vodka for the cognac and an orange (fruit) disk for the lemon disk. However, some bartenders may use a lemon disk on this as well. For a Nikolaschka Pillkallen, substitute Kirschwasser for the cognac, a slice of salami for the lemon disk, and French mustard (condiment) for the sugar and coffee. |
| Nikolaschka's colourful looks attract many to him, providing his also colourful language isn't audible. Most haven't even heard of most of the questionable words and phrases that tumble out his mouth almost every other word but they sound bad. Niko blames it on some ancient curse he incured whilst reading dubious tomes as a hatchling when questioned but it was probably just the result of having spent too much time actually listening to Ankou. Whilst not magically gifted he takes great interest in the occult, spending what time he isn't busy teaching the younger clan members curse words, reading tomes and ancient scrolls. He hoardes most of Clan Ebruis' books so many see him as librarian but his catagorisation skills would make the most laidback dragon cringe. Recently Arrack has been teaching him basic potion and ward making where magic ability isn't required, the two of them are very close and enjoy teaching or helping each other. |
