NEOS
ELECTRICAL ARTIST HE/HIM, HOMOSEXUAL  Lightning energy courses through the pulsing runes that cover Neos's body. It is unknown what such an apparently powerful Lightning dragon is doing here in a clan of outcasted Plague dragons, but he seems intent to stay. He has an ability to bend and charge metals and his electric powers take on many colors as they course through his wires. He uses these abilities for mostly impractical means, like visual shows and arts, but it is certainly a sight to behold and his decor brings the lair alive. According to Neos, he arrived at the Clan of the Wounded after much soul-searching to find himself a new place to stay. Marshal was delighted to allow another Tundra in, and has somewhat taken Neos on as an adoptive son. Neos in all his time spent with Marshal befriended his attendant Pythos, and his work illuminating the lair by night caught the attention of Astraeus. The three became a tightly knit group of friends who enjoy exploring the Scarred Wasteland under the light of night. When he returns to the lair to resume his electrical artwork, however, he can't help but notice that scrappy painter Tundra always staring at him... |
Neos is laid back and often has his head in the clouds. He considers himself a creative visionary, which, to his credit, is mostly true. He is full of interesting ideas that have brightened up the lair. Sometimes Marshal wonders if he can properly keep up with his strange-mannered surrogate son, but it seems Neos himself chooses who he clicks with and who he will make an effort to understand. It makes for a frustrating personality and Neos is a bit of a primadonna, but his pair of friends insist he keeps good, kind company and gives a surprisingly good amount of advice. A hard dragon to win over, but a valuable and amusing ally.
