A person of very few words, Petra McCord was a MorningStar specialist sent to investigate the Saints as apart of an advanced recon team when the Syndicate began to eye Stilwater for expansion.

They went to the opening of the flagship Planet Saints in the high end retail area of Stilwater and were dazzled by Pierce Washington.

After learning the Saints didn't have one exact leader, more of a bundle of legends stemming from their best and worst exploits, Petra joins the gang and quickly moves up the ranks to stand side by side the top lieutenants.

After many years, their past is revealed after Johnny loses his life after a bank robbery gone wrong and back in Steelport, Pierce gives them the option to make amends even though Shaundi wants to see them dead.

They are nothing but cooperative.
