Not much is known about dawn and her uprising, it's suggested she spent many many ages in the arcane plane, learning and guiding herself with magic. She became familiar with the arcana, the tarot, and seer magics. She spent many years traveling the lands, guiding and helping others, eventually she landed a comfortable spot in sanctuary, where she worked her way up from being a citizen to all power seer council member. She resides in the clan with her lover, Romania. Together the two help strengthen themselves and help guide the clan, even if Romania is a little stubborn in wasting her magic to help the people of sanctuary.
(Dawn is a kind, gentle dragon who attempts to see the Good in others, its best to accept her kindness or Romania may come to tie your wings In a knot! )
