Seer is often seen as God and Satan's younger "brother". This is due to the features they share(He has Satan's horns and wings, and God's halos and wings). That's as close as they get however. Neither God nor Satan communicate with Seer in any way, they only know of his presence.
Being the youngest god, Seer is generally characterized with the curiosity of a child, often drifting within the mindscape of humans, animals, and demons to learn more about them. Along with that he doesn't know the definition of "privacy", and will look through EVERY.SINGLE.MEMORY. Often without asking. This kind of mind meddling is what usually get's him into trouble, especially when it comes to Lucifer,Aureole,Surufel, and Aze. He loves bugging them because Seer cannot enter the mind of an angel, thus he lacks information on Heaven. You can imagine his reaction when he realized he could enter the mind of fallen angels. Unfortunately because of this, much of his knowledge of Heaven is not up to date as the last angel to be exiled was Aze, nearly 10,000 years ago(uhhh... timeline still pending?). His favorite ones were Lucifer and Surufel, due to their prior statuses as Archangels (the most elusive of them all), as it gave him more insight on his kin's most powerful creations. The only fallen angels he cannot see, or well... He doesn't WANT to see is Sin and Death. They are scary (Yes he can feel fear, unlike his kin he can feel, and understand genuine emotions). Or mostly their minds. He's friends with Death and likes to talk with them in the waking world, but entering their mind is a no, no. Sin overall is a BIG no, no, they're too unstable both inside and out.
