Frequency

Frequency has always had a gift, a second sight. He could see and hear ghosts. He spent his formative years as a ghost hunter. Using his tech from the lightning flight, he created EMPs, Spirit boxes, motion cameras, and anything he could to prove to the outside world that he wasnt crazy and the ghosts he saw were real.
That was, until he met Rei. He had eventually become known for his ability to soothe spirits and clear out haunted areas (turns out just talking to ghosts usually does the trick). One haunting, however, stuck with him. Rei, a long-dead nocturne, had refused to pass on, but she did decide to stop haunting the vacant lot she was existing on and instead haunt the tundra. As weeks went on she got into his head, planting little ideas of crimes he could commit. Eventually, he caved, stole something from a house he had been requested to haunt, and one small theft led to another. Frequency, aided by the unseen specter that watched his back, was chasing the high of perfect heists, no matter how small. Then Rei suggested a large-scale heist. A criminal and the dragon who had caused her death. One large heist became another. Frequency was a silent and perfect thief, his every footstep guided by the undead, and every one of his victims related to a revenge ploy.
