As a highly trusted Alchemar you are tasked with monitoring the behaviors of other Alchemars and report any suspicious activity to the council immediately. You are to stir that pot for all the given hours and to continue to raise our cauldron's levels. With each stir of your stick you raise our foundation that much higher, ensuring our success in our endeavors, and the freedom of so many others. Continue to do your duty well and you may ascend in rank, but do not do it for the promotion. You will only save lives through patience and passion, and so do this for the lives of the lost. You are under the watch eye of the council, and so do not lose faith. If not faithful in yourself, be faithful in Bogclan.

Reporting in. I have noticed that RottenOoze has become increasingly aware of the circumstances she is in. After bringing her in while she was still a hatchling, we have successfully turned her to Bogclan's side. However, it is easily noticed that she is very much aware of manipulation, despite not making a peep about it. Nothing hints to her looking to escape, and no desire to escape has shown itself. I think it is safe to say she is one of us, and enjoys the ideals we share. She even goes as far as preaching the freshly turned Alchemars during work hours, helping our endeavors further. Potential lies in this young lass. I can taste it on my tongue. Not yet ready to become a council apprentice, but enough potential to be a promising member of the Bogclan Brewery. Best not to answer too many questions, however. She might be a little too wise to our ideals.
