ABOUT
Noxyn's charge is Lorric, and he is unfailingly dedicated to the small skydancer and his cause.

In his youth, Noxyn was an intimidating bully with a mean sense of humor. He was runty for a guardian and went a long while without finding his charge. His frustrations at these manifested in the pranking and tormenting of others, where his verbal assaults could reduce sensitive dragons to tears and his more physical bullying could potentially leave scars. He knew it was childish, but it distracted him from thinking about a life with no purpose.

Then one day Noxyn discovered a small skydancer being savaged by mirrors. He was hit with an overwhelming, surging sense of duty that drove him to action. He leapt to the skydancer's defense, tearing into the mirrors with a feeling of ferocious, retributive justice.

Noxyn found his charge that day, as well as a budding sense of purpose. Lorric wanted revenge against the dragons who unfairly attacked him, and together he and Noxyn hunted similar transgressors and meted out justice. The two were a bit fanatical for a while, driven by the youthful zeal of vengeance, but time and worldly experience diluted their fervor.

These days Noxyn is... still intimidating and his sense of humor still wicked, but at least he has channeled his domineering ways into something much more productive: enacting retribution in the name of the Dawnchasers.
