Being the daughter of both a Jeweler and a seamstress, Flare was practically born to be a creative dragon. Even from a young age, she showed an intense interest in her parents work, often accidentally causing trouble here and there with her growing curiosity. In fact, she was the reason her parents had to hatchling proof their entire workspace, seeing as she always seemed to find a way to get buttons and gems all over the floor and fabric strung across the room. Although her nosy personality was quite the pain, she gradually grew out of this, learning how to properly use her parents materials as she got older with their help and a bit of carful encouragement. Although her father’s jewelry was beautiful, she found herself much more interested in the sparkling fabric her mother used to make clothing. She spent almost every day alongside the coatl, watching her make pretty things for other dragons in the clan, as well as some to sell to passerbys. And it wasn’t long before she too was making her own clothing, slowly but surely learning how to use each tool for the job. Her first dresses were pretty rough looking, but she was proud of them, and continued to work hard, her claws eventually able to create flawless works by the time she was fully grown. Eager to show off her clothing and gather more pretty fabrics to sow, she said her heartfelt goodbyes to Clan Caneus, and left to start her own journey in Sornieth.
