Frigid

Currently imprisoned within Neuter 0, an isolated pocket dimension where entities are sent when their charge is neither positive nor negative; rejected by the Universe and Void alike. Much like cells in a prison, Neuter 0 generates 'instances' of itself whose environments differ from one another to accommodate the diverse array of beings it must contain.
Frigid's instance appears as a lifeless realm of infinite grey: fat snowflakes fall endlessly from overcast skies rumbling with soft and constant thunder, smothering the blank terrain below.

Once a powerful Balanced Being with a 'perfect' charge of 0, she threatened the flow of energy between the Right and Left Hands, as she was no longer bound to their will and had the crudest essences of creation and destruction at her disposal. Her reality-bending abilities knew no bounds, and as she continued to skew the energy balance between the Universe and the Void with her careless meddling, she was sent to a realm outside both domains where her power meant nothing.

Frigid is trapped in Neuter 0 with no way to interact with the environment and no possible escape.
She has lost track of how long she's been there, and it's possible she's also forgotten how to speak.
