Blizzaga

Created in the Arcane realm by a powerful wizard, she is made from the essence of the most powerful blizzards. She is named for the strongest blizzard spell. Wherever she flies a snowstorm is left in her wake. After a while her wizard master became obsessed with her power and ordered her to turn it on others. So she left his tower, never to be seen by the wizard again. She flew to the sea and asked the Tide Lord for admittance to his kingdom where her powers would be concealed. Needing help keeping the waters in the north sea cold he gladly accepted her giving her a place in the north sea. There she resides to keep the glaciers cold, hiding from her corrupted creator.
