Alaïs giggled, the confetti was such a good idea, but she was a new kid and didn't want to get anyone mad at her, so she picked Harvinainen, the big shaggy Gaoler with the happy smile. She snuck up behind him while he was having a nice nap in front of the fire, yelled, Surprise!! in her highest, squeakiest voice, and let fly with the flower petals confetti, straight into his moosh.
Alas!! It bounced right off his thick fur and landed all over HER!!

He leaned towards her, and beckoned her closer with one shaggy claw.
"What you want to do is target the slippery, leathery ones...
"C'mon, sit right here and we'll do some planning..."
And good ol' Uncle H took Alaïs under his wing and together, they plotted how to take out ALL the clan's Spirals, on an overnight camping trip on the next cloud over.
