A very disgruntled cat in a hat. Got a laugh out of his familiar, because that's just fantastic. He would. But those colors are spot-on, especially that primary - seriously, that Slate's a dead ringer. I like how the Glimmer gives him a soft and almost fluffy-looking white belly, and using the wings and tail feathers to create his most defining features works super well! Especially because Pearlcatchers are already a bit catlike in their build. Or maybe that's just all the fluff...
