Biography

Uh-oh, looks like this ambassador wandered a little too far from his home lair (grxndsxn, 437722), and now he's off to see the world! If ever you feel the need to exalt, he'd really appreciate it if you could just return him to the home lair, to the 'Dragons Off To See The World' thread, here, or to the hub if you don't want another dragon in return. Please refrain from exalting him!

Important note: Please only trade this dragon on travelling dragon threads, as opposed to places such as the Auction House.

Typhoon would like to receive a permanent home someday, so if you'd like to adopt him after he's been travelling long enough, just let his owner know!

Typhoon is the third Ambassador of Crow Callers - his sister Illyan is the fourth. The two separated at an early age, but hope to see each other again on their travels. Maybe they'll even meet their two older siblings who also began their travels long before they were born...

74.png The first place Typhoon traveled to was Flair's colony. While there, he befriended a bluefin charger that he named Swell. Typhoon stayed with the colony through their Wind celebration, and in that spirit, he set out traveling again. 616.png

Typhon joined up with a traveling group of merchants making their way out of Wingsinger's domain. With them, he met Breeze, an ambassador/representative of the Windsinger. During their travels, they both had riveting conversations about each other's deities, to the point where the other travelers needed to pull them away from each other during meals or else they would not eat.

At the next major stop, Typhon decided to say goodbye to his friend and move on to the next domain.

There were a lot of flowers in this clan. He hadn't been to the nature domain yet, but it was as astounding as he had hoped. So many trees, plants, flowers! This clan had hosted hundreds of traveling dragons, but sadly, looking over their logs of travelers, the caretaker of The Fount of Travelers informed him that his sister had never visited. Still, Typhoon was determined to enjoy it, and that he did. But so much beauty and goodness can get a little dull on the senses once you see it every day, so he decided to venture out again.

His next location could not have been more different. The inhospitable barrens below Wiretangle Walk blew with grit and tumbleweeds, daring him to find beauty or connection here. He took the challenge bravely, following the call of a crow who dared the air-crackling cables as a sign. Not an hour later, he happened upon a shallow valley where a sandy Imperial sunbathed beside a well-disguised lair entrance. He'd found his next stop.
Typhoon had just found the LaospĂ Clan's back entrance, where the woodcutter Omichlodis was finishing his lunch break. Though Chlodis was his usual prickly self, the LaospĂ were welcoming as a whole to a fellow Plague wanderer. Typhoon stayed for a short while and spent most of his time with the Plague Speaker Nytus. Though this clan hadn't seen any other Crow Callers, Nytus was able to reassure Typhoon his sister Illyan was healthy and doing her duty well.
As it turns out, Typhoon had arrived just after the clan had made their big move to this safer, underground, still-under-development warren. He could only take another couple weeks of constant construction, and said his grateful farewells with eager eyes toward the horizon.

Typhoon was stuck in a dark, enchanting lair for quite a while.
Having taken flight across the lands, he eventually found himself swallowed up in Wispwillow Grove...or, more technically Willow's Grove. During this time the lair was under quite a bit of construction, with festival dragons running about and finances at an all time low. He pitched in, assisting the large Shadow lair's financial crisis, and they were all quite thankful with his support. The gloomy, dark tangles of forest accompanied by the luminescent blue mushrooms plentiful all around the lair had become a familiar sight to him for quite a while, but eventually once the clan got back on their talons he set off to rest somewhere else, leaving in good graces with their lair.
