"Listen up recruits! You want to spread Arcane's power? Then you've got a lot to do! First up, we cross the Scarred Wasteland, then we will spend the next ten days in the Mire until you're strong enough to survive the battlefield, or wherever the Arcanist sends you. You carry your own supplies. Now let's go!"


As the daughter of two Nightmares, it's strange that Levia doesn't share her parents' status. This could be possibly be the result of having been born in Sornieth, as opposed to the Land of Dreams. Levia does share her mother's desire for carnage, and opts to spread it by training dragons to fight for the Arcanist. Most of the Mire denizens fear her, except maybe the Wartoads.
