A claw digs into the dirt of the ground underneath her, and ever so slowly, the Imperial pushes her body forwards to get deeper, until her whole body lays on the ground. The sigh that leaves her jaw is content, as though she finally found a perfect patch of sunlight to lounge in. She wasn’t allowed to go far, she knew that, but being able to get at least some contact with the ground was truly comforting. She felt a connection to the dirt, and the roots and bugs that were buried deep inside it. Oh, how she wished she could be like them; nuzzled deep underground, sleeping for days on end… the wonderful comfort that could be…
