Near the cliff of the Moonportal an egg was left basking in the sun. its bright shell continued to shine even as the sun went down, as though waiting for it to come back and greet it again. Just as the sun rose over the horizon Actius hatched from the shell, flecks of the sun scattering off of his fare body like a soft hug. As he grew older, the sun had pulled him to cross the lands to the sunstone vale. He followed the sun like a guide, and soon enough he walked across the home of a beautiful Skydancer like himself.

Her eyes scanned the landscape as she painted, using lovely paints to create what he and the sun thought to be a masterpiece. When Actius had walked up to her and asked for her name, the paintbrush in her paw went flying. Starfire had knocked over one of the paints as she blurted out her name and then that no one should know of what she was doing. She looked fearful, and so he agreed to keep it a secret. Later on, they grew closer and closer as time progressed. He then settled to create a farm, using the sun to help create the most successful farm for miles around.

The sun continued to be like an older brother to him, helping to keep the days bright for Actius and his mate. One day, the sun had severed its connection between him, taking the warmth from his body. his colors dulled drastically as he fell sick without the light. Actius could not tell his wife what was wrong, and so she left to fight for the cure for him. Left in the dark with no one to love at his side, his light faded like the sun setting over the horizon....
