Rivain itched for more excitement in her life, feeling destined to do more in her life than to just sit in her quiet arcane village. While Rivain didn't enjoy conflict, she found it invigorating and fun to spar with her village mates. Being a small place however, she didn't have too many people to practice on, not too mention some of the other dragons were getting a bit annoyed at her antics. She was blessed with the symbol of the Arcane upon her brow, and possesses a different type of vision than her siblings: she could see energy and magic. As soon as she she was old enough and had enough money, she set out to look for a mentor to teach her to fight. She ended up finding a powerful arcane dragon in a lightning city who agreed to train her. While he was rough and his very physical style of fighting was difficult to learn, she became very powerful and used her unique sight to aid her in battle.
