The Witching

WitchingHour was separated from her parents at a young age, and spent her early years wandering the world searching for a home. During her travels, she briefly settled down near a human town. The humans reveled in her brilliant orange scales and black wings, and every year the asked her to come into the town for a festival they called 'Halloween.' During the festivities, she was showered in strange, sweet and surgary treats the humans dubbed 'candy' and it was something the young Fae quickly became rather fond of. It was during one of these celebrations that WitchingHour was given her name by the human in charge of the town.

Eventually, the small dragon moved on from her home with the humans and took to exploring the world once again. Her travels led her to a small group of dragons, who's dominant male adopted her as his daughter. When the old dragon passed away, it was WitchingHour he appointed as his successor. The Fae was initially taken aback by his decision, but nonetheless she stepped up to the task in order to honor her adopted father's last wish.

Now, she leads the clan in his stead. Under her benevolent reign, the clan has slowly begun to grow in size as WitchingHour offers loners a place to call home and dragons to call family. She knows all too well how painful it can be to live out one's life alone. As long as she has a say in it, any dragon that no longer wishes to be on their own is welcomed into her following with open wings.
