Stella

Stella is a Nocturne that wields cosmic powers. She was appointed by an unknown celestial being to be the protector of the cosmos. Along with this role comes unique powers. She can create a small star in her mouth and launch it as a ball-like projectile or fire it as a beam. She can expel cosmic energy from the glowing spots on her body and her claws, allowing her to supercharge her melee attacks or fire the energy from her claws. She can also use a lot of her energy to create a meteor or a small black hole. However, she's only allowed to use the last one when given permission by the celestial being, which is only done in cases of very, VERY extreme emergency where the universe may be destroyed. The only non-battle ability she has is the power to create her own planet. She can only create one and, frankly, doesn't really know what to do with it, so she has decided to wait until she could think of a good use for it. Technically, she is stronger than Mora, but Mora's level of skill makes their fights end in draws. However, if she could create a black hole against her, she could win.
