Darklette

A priestess of darker orders, Darklette often wears gold as a reminder not to forget the light. While her role and religion remain mysterious, the clan thinks they've found evidence of her power. After all, not every clan has cursed enchanted jewelry, sacrifice healing, or nearly impassable stretches of what should be wide open grassland. The clan leaders easily overlook the obvious... quirks... of Darklette's power, as she uses it largely for the good of the clan.

Although she was born into a lightning clan, Darklette quickly moved out in search of knowledge. Thei have lived in Light, Arcane, and Ice clans before, but left all of them due to a... difference of opinion over "sharing knowledge" and "safety procedures" and "not destroying priceless artifacts". She has finally found a home in Clan Therefore, where she can freely dodge questions and obfuscate answers. Meanwhile, thir neighbors pretend not to notice the strange stones and definitely legal scrolls that frequently appear near her den.

Darklette knows more about Electric's scars than any other member of the clan, except possibly his mate Flour or the other healer Seagull. When Seagull's powers proved ineffective, Darklette had volunteered to take a look at the scars. Thir abilities proved more relevant to the situation. After all, it takes a curse to stop a curse.


Consilium is weird, and twisted, and strange, like the others say. But above all that, thei can feel it. The same way she had felt the Dark One's presence in the woods so long ago. The same way thei feel it occasionally even now, brushing at the edges of the clan's territory. Darklette's not quite sure how to deal with it, especially since it doesn't seem to know that it belongs to the Dark One. For now, she'll just offer thir healing and company.
