Swirl

Swirl is a peaceful Coatl with the ability to... swirl. She can create intense hallucinations strong enough to incapacitate powerful foes. However, this doesn't work on opponents with good mental strength. She can also telepathically move small objects in a swirling motion and use the built up speed to throw the object. She can do this to dragons, but it only moves them a tiny bit and doesn't do much damage. She also has the ability to distort a dragon's entire body by swirling it, which makes them look like they have a photo filter on. This attack causes massive pain but does no physical damage and is easy to break out of. Even if an opponent can't break out of it, the attack will stop after Swirl is about a mile away or 5 minutes have passed, making it really only useful for incapacitating foes. Her strongest attack is a slow-moving magical attack that, when launched from her brain, travels in a (you guessed it) swirling motion. While slow and easy to dodge, this attack causes a lot of damage if it hits, giving even the most mentally strong dragons intense hallucinations that swirl their vision, making it impossible for them to see or move. This attack looks like a purple cloud of energy with white swirls inside. Aside from magic, Swirl is incredibly strong when it comes to physical strength. But she doesn't like to use any of these abilities because of how peaceful she is.
