One of the clan gatherers, Kiraku is a defacto ambassador.

On the edges of the clan lands, he is the one the group sends to interact with caravans and traders for supplies that might be impossible to come by in their homeland. He is also occasionally used as a spy, sent ahead of the others and meeting lone dragons in friendly pretense in order to learn what he can about them. He and Taerus frequently team up to ambush strays and take all they can from them.

Despite his brutality to loners, Kiraku has good standing relationships with regular caravans who pass by his clan borders, and is a respected salesman. As long as you aren't alone.
