following in her uncle's footsteps, locust is a travelling merchant who specialises in extravagant, unusual clothes and accessories from all over sornieth. she's a skilled weaver, sewer and knitter and takes great joy in the fact that her creations make other dragons feel more comfortable in their own skin. she sets up shop at markets and trade pools, especially around oasis markets in the highland scrub.
she's the kind of dragon who seems to know everybody- buying and selling has granted her a lot of connections. she gets along with most everybody and her peppy, happy-go-lucky nature makes her hard to dislike. locust is definitely an optimist without a bad bone in her body - but she's very sensitive and has a black-and-white view of the world, meaning one slight offense might mark someone permanently as an enemy to her.
she visits home to the wanderer camp often to keep in touch with jackal, and corresponds with her twin sister prairie often by mail.
locust also has a pet cowbird named stinky :)
