Biography
A koi who had mutated into a dragon thanks to experiments performed on him. Resembles an imperial as his DNA was fused with an emperor to create a fearsome oceanic creature to be used as a weapon. The end result is something that isn't fully either.
Once he grew to a decent size, Leviathan escaped the enclosure that was specially designed for him. However, his captors did not anticipate just how much he would grow and were thus not prepared. After his escape, Leviathan retreated to the depths of the Sea of a Thousand currents, where even his captors dare not venture.
Leviathan has been observed to be both sentient and sapient to a degree, though both seem to have been dulled as a result of the experiments. Like wild animals, Leviathan appears to be more reliant on natural instincts. He also seems to be able to reside on land for a time, though no one is sure for how long as he is presumably more comfortable in water.
Despite having many fish-like characteristics, Leviathan's intelligence is comparable to that of the various whale species that inhabit Sornieth's oceans.
Imperial sized
Has fans running along his spine, like those seen on gaolers and banescales. These seem to have replaced the usual fur running along imperials.
Body is covered in scales, with colored white, black, red, and orange patches. Belly is covered in larger, thicker plate-like scales.
Strong, thick tail has a large caudal fin at the end
Wings aren't leathery like normal imperials, and are much more similar to pectoral fins.
Antlers are actually poisonous spines
Teeth are sharp and adapted to gripping prey, which mostly consists of fish
Webbed feet and paws
Whiskers help him search for food in dark and murky water
Ears are specially (artificially) adapted to hearing underwater
Much more comfortable and mobile in water
Can't fly, but excellent swimmer
Seclusive, wary of both dragonkind and beastclan, curious
Gets stuck in one of the narrow inlets of Singer's Brook, found by the residents of Seabreeze
Clashes with Fortis
"Leviathan" was a nickname given to him that refers to his sheer size
