A genius inventor, too busy with his gears and wires to care about the outside world.

The Guardian had always felt at home in the workshop. Adopted into the Lightning flight at birth, he grew up in the Tempest Spire. There, amidst the factories and workshops, he tinkered with spare parts, building whimsical contraptions and toys to amuse himself.

As he grew up he began to work on the factory floor, helping to assemble on the product line. He bounced around from station to station, learning everything he could get his claws on. The knowledge he acquired there was put to use in his own creations.

Scrap metal and spare parts were hoarded and carefully restored. Deft talons wired connectors together and fused plates. The goggles that he wore became as much a part of him as his wings, protecting him from sparks and flying debris.

Eventually the Guardian was able to open his own shop, leaving the dreary repetitiveness of the factory floors for good. Now clients come from all across Sornieth in search of his inventions. The money is good - but it is the act of creating, the fun of tinkering, which keeps him going.
