Oh look, it's my birthday

Hard to believe it's here already *sigh*

If I look past my anxiety, I'm honestly a little excited to see where life takes me this year (hopefully somewhere good haha)

Anyways, I just bought this cute little Pearlcatcher who shares the same birthday as me. His name is Okuri 😊

Okuri is short for Okurimono (which is his full name), and actually means 'gift' in Japanese

I've decided to try fighting back my pessimistic thoughts today. I'm determined to enjoy my birthday this year!

(And I can't wait to eat my lemon cake—Oh the humour)

Hmm, on that thought, it now seems fitting that Okuri is a light element dragon
