Biography
Today, Grassly the '96 Jeep Cherokee has accumulated 362,780 miles.
"The quintessential Jeep, my sister and I grew up with a happy little 2 door 1996 Base model--which I still have and he's now my Daily. Over 18 years in our family and racking up nearly 400k miles on his original engine, "Grassly" has had his name since I was 9 years old. My sister named him when she was 6 and is the official original character of her storyline.
If you've ever met "G-Wagon", you can see I found a Coatl that matches the sheen of his paint perfectly. It's hekkin weird, but it was perfect~
On his way to live with my sister, GarlordianRising since she made an OC out of him~ I love my doofy lil' Jeep so much "
-My sister, Escalade

”Grassly is one of the original cars from the Escape, one of Jen's family cars and being in their ownership for almost 20 years before everything went down. That being said, Grass knows Jenna more than almost every other car around--other than Jorgen and Bryon, of course.
He enjoys off-roading as a pastime like any Jeep, and has mastered every terrain with the exception of volcanoes; he can't get a second of adventure in without busting a tire on jagged lava rock.
He met his partner, Flower by rescuing her from the treads of an anticlan. Though he was still very much in love with Squill, she ended up leaving Green Acres to join the Rouge Ruffians, shattering his essence. Flower visited him one day to thank him for his bravery and give him her condolences, and since that day, the times the duo have been separated could be counted on one hand.
Like his partner, Grassly adores gardening. If it's a plant, he can grow it. In fact, he loves gardening so much; many of the cars living in the District with him admit they hired him to work on their landscaping and he denied their money.
When he isn't gardening, he's blasting music or playing the keyboard for his DJ label, DruidSynth.”

Grassly the '96 Cherokee
"I spent so much time in this doofy old guy, man. My grandma took me to school in him most of my pre-school bus mornings. She passed away in 2013, but "G-Wagon" remains, still stronger than any ox out there. He taught me how to drive a stick, and further I have memories riding in my dad's lap having me steer as a toddler coming out our driveway. I drove my then boyfriend to prom in this Jeep. I've taken animals to the vet from birth to old age and euthanasia in this Jeep. People that have since died have rode in this Jeep. Dave has traded in his cars whenever he could for as long as we've been together, but there's nothing better out there than old Grassly.
I don't know many people who genuinely love their cars enough to keep them for their entire duration of life and are prepared to hold onto them beyond that, but this Jeep is truly part of my family with my husband in unanimous agreement. He's like the strange brother that lives in your basement and never joins the Christmas card photoshoot. I can't really explain it, and trying would take the wonder out of it.
Love is love, and if loving this old beast makes me weird, I don't want to be cool."
Grass has a faulty emergency brake, however. If you don't park him *just right* or if he's feeling especially squirrelly that day, watch out our he might just try to take a swig out of the creek.
Grassly about 14 years ago; dad was testing the capabilities of his new lift kit on a snow boulder lol~ he's since been wrecked and got a new chrome front end. This was actually his stock grill and bumper!
That was definitely a fun off-to-work morning. Went to charge his battery as it was dead and I about dropped my coffee thermos at the sight of this soul-sucker on his own commute.
When I get off work, my sister insists I always park Grassly right next to her Suburban, Domic, another fine truck we both grew up with but she inherited instead. Fleetmates for 11 years now, they're dotingly referred to as "The Brothers".
